It is normal for people to be scared. People react to things differently. That someone did well in an exam, doesn't always mean they are absolutely confident about a released result.

Even if someone gave only ONE vote, appreciate them. One mustn't have gotten votes from 10 or 20 people to be commended. And it also doesn't mean you love Mike more than they do.

Shame on none of them. They did their bit.

Encourage them to do better next time instead of sounding like you give everyone the money and time to vote. undecided
