The story don't really add up...From what the army said and what the said man said I think the army are either laying accusations base on assumption because motorcycle are banned in the area but not truck like the accused said that he sells them to truck pusher and fire wood vendor.

Are there people like truck pushers, water sellers and firewood sellers who uses used tyres and tube for their cart as stated by the accused and are they still in business, if yes, you will know that the man is simply a businessman selling to the truck pushers and there's nothing from what the army said linking him to BH.
Did you where the army said they're only warning the people of the area to avoid buying machine spare parts base on mere assumption that he might be supplying to boko haram.

The suspect, however, told newsmen that he sells used motorcycle tyres to cart pushers such as water vendors and firewood sellers in Monguno.

“I reside in Monguno since 1990; I have a shop and everybody in the town knows me, I engaged in the used tyres trade because they told us not to sell new tyres,“ the suspect said.

My people this is the only truth in this write up. Why?
1 the Muslims can never trust a Christian, not talking of fanatic muslim like boko haram to the extent of doing such business with them.
2 if the the tyres are completely banned what will the water and firewood vendors use to ply their trade going by how these commodities are hard to get over there in the north.
3 the army never said they have anything or evidence to back their claim
