There is nothing to celebrate today but rather reflect on our retrogressive growth as a nation.
When you look at the Asian Tigers of today and the awe-inspiring development they have achieved over the years (with dictators as leaders) and juxtapose same with Nigeria that got her independence almost the same period with them, then you will weep and curse all those leaders that their actions and inactions contributed to the trudging growth of this country.


Nigeria, a giant that is in deep slumber, when are you going to wake up and take up your role as a Big Bear? will you sleep forever when some minnows keeps snarling and growling awkwardly just to mock you?


Wake Up and clear the pathway for the continent to be seen.




Ironically, one of the Asian Tigers is also celebrating their National Day today (China).
