The brown roofs you see in Ibadan are the epitome of ancient civilization ahead of any other regions in Nigeria. Ibadan attained the heights of civilization ahead of any other region in West Africa.

Go to the developed parts of the world and see how they preserved their ancient structures and buildings. Yet, Ibadan is more of a power house than any region in the SE could ever be.

While a Tinubu, can have unrestricted influence over the Yoruba tribe, something you can only find mostly among blacks and some poor nations on earth today, an Igbo man can never be tamed by the ideology of one man unchecked, no matter how highly placed he or she is.

That’s why the Igbos are very successful no matter where they find themselves. They don’t believe in putting limitations on their path. You can only find such similarities among the Europeans, the Americans, and developed Asian tiger nations. A Hausa/Fulani man sees Kano as his world. A Yoruba man sees Lagos as his world. An Igbo man sees the world as his Village!”

Obasanjo isn't cunning. Ojukwu was a brat.

Obasanjo opened the escape route to Cote de Voire to Ojukwu. When Ojukwu came back and was Special Assistant to Abacha, he didn't help Obasanjo who was suffering in Abacha's Gulag then.

No source, I trust Obasanjo can never say such things. If Igbos have anything to offer, they would have developed their region. Jonathan ruled Nigeria for 6years with Igbos majorly in his cabinet.
