it is very important..... Why would an institution refused to give it student attestation Letter....... Are they under a spell? Or are they expecting nursery school to give you attestation letter....... I dey hate nonsensse.....

Yes even military police officers are not exempted from frontline roles. I saw a fully armed military police officer charging at the enemies in one of the amateur video I saw.
Those wey no know wetin an MP officer look like, they're personnel that are on red cap and red arm band, that officer(Aide De camp) standing behind Buhari is an MP officer.

The reality on ground is that SSC/DSSC/RC role dichotomy is on paper, real life you will lead men into battle, that is why many officers don't like that SSC because an officer is an officer, and dssc isn't as stressful as the SSC.
SSC might taunt DSSC that they won't head any battalion etc or command troops but another reality check is that when una enter forest all men are equal, whether recruit or officers, infact those noncommissioned guys are more experienced than all this new officers, if you do anyhow as per officer them go just waste you for bush and nothing go happen. It's just that SSC is easier to get compared to DSSC.

Imagine some applicants that would be called and they will face the reality of the situation only when they get to screening or training. God bless all the contributors of this thread. Gen. Ugo thanks a lot. You've opened my mind. I was to ignore my awaiting PhD. Scholarship at Auburn University, USA for this army before. But I now have a serious decision to make.

Once you face board chances of getting it is over 70%, if you like tell the board say you be terrorist it won't change anything much, you fit serve job sef on top and them go still shortlist you .

Go and watch "Fury". Its a war movie where an administrative clerk went ahead to win medals and became a hero during ww2. He never expected to go to war front or saw the insides of a tank before then. But through resilience and help of his sergeant (platoon commander) he was the only survivor in a fierce battle between 300-400 nazi soldiers on patrol with no experience of sort.
What I'm trying to say is that, patriotism for your country should be first before anything. If its ur time to die, you'll die even though while asleep (something must kill a man). Yes we all know the war isn't fair on NA soldiers but is the world really fair? . I do hope things get better and they're fully kitted and equipped to win this war soon.
Although I serious doubt my last statement.

As long as not more than two teeth is missing and the hole in your teeth won't affect grip( because of grenade) you're good to go
