When you talk about data you are talking about what South Africa Botswana and Kenya used to use in 1995 to 1996 . On this list you provided there is no Japan there is no America there are no European countries. Because they don't use mobile data they use unlimited download. In one month I can download more than a terabyte while on data usual never find a data plan for 1 terabyte

Please don't try to twist the story around. This argument started versus data plan I said we don't use we use unlimited Wi-Fi internet which is better than mobile data plan. Because with Wi-Fi internet you get a more stable and constant and it's through fibre-optic cable. With mobile data plan any type the network changes even in the same location you will lose periodic connection for some seconds. If your phone is using one cell broadcast and it changes to another cell broadcast even if you are in the same location you will lose mobile connectivity for some seconds. All of this argument started data plan versus unlimited data. In unlimited data Nigeria is nowhere. Even Ghana now their 4G they are giving unlimited plans. In a lot of African countries like Ghana Kenya South Africa Botswana Ethiopia five years ago they were laying fibre-optic cable to people's residential houses giving them unlimited data plan. In Nigeria I did not see any residential property where the late fibre optic cable do it not even in Victoria Island. When you talk about internet Nigeria is Stone Age just like ATM machines. Everything in Nigeria Nigeria we do last in Africa. Bet they want to make the most noise look at mobile network GSM also including ATM machines including internet Nigeria is last in all of these things in Africa .all ways the last country in Africa to start something. Yes they are very slow - I doubt there is a lot fiber to homes broadband even in Lagos - Kenya now has nearly 0.5M home connected to broadband. Recently some Nigeria company even came to Kenya to buy ATMS something that is going out of 'fashion' so to speak.

the current statistics of Nigeria is held by the vice president of Nigeria which was given inaccurate and unreliable statistics which Nigeria had to rely on foreign statistics. Now what the president of Nigeria has done has removed the statistics from the vice president of Nigeria and created his statistics on his own because the vice president statistics were really unreliable. He is admitting some of the statistics which he was presented especially in job creation by the vice president was inaccurate and was not the facts on the ground.

Yes Nigeria is big zoo...because as of 2017 - you only had 150K fixed broadband ( I don't know how many are fiber) - Kenya has about 0.5M (about 3 times your fixed broadband)...South Africa last I checked had about 2M fixed broadband connections.

Glo one was late for 800 million u.s. dollar and it is 3 times slower in Speed the the Ghanaian fibre optic cable which was late for 330 million dollar. The fibre optic cables in Nigeria and not well utilised just like the electricity network imagine your church is using 10 mbps wild me my house only is using 15 mbps. The fibre-optic cable utilisation in Nigeria is very poor because of him qualified people. It is not paying the biggest money which best the best product done is having the qualified people a good example is Luke and dangote refinery and eko Atlantic some African countries are claiming they can do the same project for less than half the price
