Vacancy for an Industrial trainee in a Construction firm by Scholar8200(op): 8:30pm On Dec 05, 2018*

A fast growing Engineering firm in Lagos requires the services of the following:
a. Human resources manager
Requirements:
b. B.Sc/HND in Accountancy, Human Resources, Business Admin
c. 3 - 5 years cognate experience in human resource functions preferably in a managerial capacity in a company with about 15-25 employees .
d. Ability to establish and maintain a standard HR department (with all necessary documentation and policies )
e. Knowledge of labour laws and global best practices in human resource management.
f. Possession of professional qualification (CIPM, SPHRi etc) will be an added advantage

Whatever the academic background, a possession of valid safety certificates (ISPON etc) and cognate experience is needed.
