How would the common man be patriotic to this country with this much suffering from all angles? No light, no road, no water etc. What then are they even existing for? |

AutoReportNG:Nigeria's faulty federalism at the centre is depriving rich states like Lagos state of the extra funds to take a proactive step to address its road network. The south west must join the rest of the southern states to call for restructuring. The pro-north system which keep all the powers and money at the centre is not acceptable. There should be devolution of powers to the states with more money flowing to the states to address delapidated public utility. The other day it was the Lagos state government that was donating vehicles to the federal police. If Nigeria is a good country where things are working normally, Lagos state is supposed to have its own state police to address its security needs. |

APC, Tinubu and his acolytes are cruel and demonic people. By the time they share their states' money with an agreed sharing ratio, nothing is left to work with. They are rather callous. |

It seems the government had deserted Ikorodu, the only presence of the government is just the BRT buses, the area of environmental sanitation is very poor. |

Lagos is another Somalia. Look at..and they will come here and be shouting Abia state. Is this not worse than Aba. If Lagos can be like this only God knows how others will look like. |

Seems Sanwo Olu will be the worst governor ever in Lagos state . I wonder why he hasn't swung into action yet by fixing all this terrible roads. Who says 4yrs isn't enough time to make a huge difference? This is how they will be dragging their feet till their tenure is over then they will ask us to vote them in for second term. |

Well I live in this area tho I’ve moved out and during Sanwo Olus campaign he spoke and promised to do the road once elected into power so we all came out in numbers (the place where people were trekking at the edge of a fence is a public school which was my polling unit is few minutes away from my house) seeing as Ambode abandoned it once he didn’t have party ticket. That’s why the second highest vote in Lagos came from Ikorodu only for him to be elected and keep mum about it, I spoke to one of the Hitech guys a month ago he said they haven’t been paid and because of the complains they came to do patch work but can’t do major construction without being paid. I’m saying all this so that you know not to just talk without having all the specifics Cheers simple250: |
