That's not enough grounds to be upset at him, on the other hand if I was from Benin Republic especially Cotonou I would be very upset at Nigerians on this thread for misrepresenting the facts.

I know exactly what the make up of the UN is(and I've stated that the UN consists out of members states on a number of occasions) , I also know what their deployment policy is, I've followed UN missions for close to 10 years now which makes me much more knowledgeable than a Person who doesn't know the difference between proforce and the ARA.



The fact is

1. Proforce did not export anything to South Africa
1b. the ARA was not exported to South Africa

2. Proforce did not export anything to Southern Africa
2b.The ARA has not been exported to Southern Africa

3. Proforce did not export anything to the UN
3b. the ARA has not been exported to the UN.

P.S meaning of deploy:

"move (troops or equipment) into position for military action."

In my opinion he now needs to do it in a real uncontrolled marathon, all the vagaries uncontrolled. No benefits of science. I believe he can and will do it very easily in the near future. Real inspiration.

As for India the threat to the refinery is from Pakistan either conventional ( war ) or unconventional ( terrorists from Pakistan )

Incase of war , there is airbase ( fighter aircrafts ) and SAM ( surface to air missile ) cover provided to protect against any threats along with radars to detect such threats before they come close.

Incase of terrorist attacks same measures as above r in place to counter such threats.

But the biggest protection against both type of threats is - deterrence of heavy retaliation ( threat of complete destruction of CPEC infrastructure in Pakistan if any damage is done to Indian facilities by Pakistan or its terrorists )
