I don't pay for pc games. Same cannot be said for ps4 except if you hack it. In the short run ps4 is better but in the long run pc wins.

It's makes owning a console quite expensive but honestly if I can afford the games, console is the best place to be but if you don't have money, manage your gaming pc

And if you can wait , those consoles will get emulated. Play a wii game on dolphin and it is stunning 1080p. The entire pa3 library is slowly being sorted.

Incidentally, with pc, you can also get games on the cheap. Every other day there is a steam or gog sale. In a country like Nigeria, your only option is to buy the discs at market price

if you can afford a gaming PC you won't be on the managing side, you can afford any damn game.

Some games on my ROG were bought, am considering buying pes20 so I can play online but will do so once am done with what am working and get a new pad my dualshock 4 is broken.

personally if all you need is just a device to play game on solely for that purpose; a PS4 is good for you. it'll give you exactly what you want.

four xb1 + 1 steam controller
game drive upgraded from sshd 2tb to ssd 2tb to ssd 4tb [300gb left - and buying 8tb ssd is unlikely )

there are lots of small form factor pcs out there [bummer is you cant upgrade the gpu]
85% of games are xbox controller compatible, and plenty can be modded to work with the controllers.
