If politics is not do or die, certain leaders would have long abandoned it. If it not a way of making wealth for certain persons they would not be involved. You are in politics to get power. If you cannot fight to get power you are not a politician. It is not restricted to Nigeria only. Donald Trump fought a hard battle to get there. He still fights everyday to stay there. The moment your opponent pushes you out, you become irrelevant. Ask Kwakwanso, etc how it feels to be out of power. With these few words I hope I have been able to convince you and not to confuse you that politics is “do or die”.

Sir/madam you can't control everything.... they have been giving concessions to oshiomole (he asked to choose ward leaders they let him, local government chairmen they left him, councillors they left him) on everything until the Edo state house of assembly...The governor and his deputy wants to be in control of the house...

Oshiomole can't decide from ward to local government and then to state level... He has to give back too.
