I use an Infinix hot 6 pro which I know doesn't support Glo 4G LTE bandwidth 28(700) frequency. I suddenly had 4G this morning after I switched from 3g only to 4g/3g/2g. Did Glo add to its 4G LTE bandwidth frequency? Lalasticlala Mynd44 Seun OAM4J RoyalRoy

Yes. There are confirmed reports that Glo 4G is now also available on LTE Band 3(1800) at random locations in the country. The service had initially launched on the rare LTE band 28(700), which is not available on many smartphones. If this report turns out to be true, Glo 4G users and lovers will be ecstatic, as the hunt for smartphones that support band 28(700) can come to an end. 2 Likes |

All I know is that Glo's service has suddenly improved. It used to be 100% useless. Now I can stream YouTube videos for 20 or 30 minutes straight even at 720p without buffering. They've really stepped up their game. [img]https://images./1jLNbHWhcqxjdTtZo19pxn.gif[/img] |
