I was born 3rd, oct,1989, gained admission in 2014 for a four year degree program, i finished in 2018, i wish to know if I'll be mobilized for service this year 2019. I read online that my graduation date is not when i wrote my final exam or defended my project but the date my certificate was confered. Please i need a clearification on this thank you |
