Most people will not enter this guys cab again, if you have to review your driver and if that hits his pocket, trust me, if a secondary school student should even abuse him, he will keep quiet drop him/her off and move on to the next customer. You obviously live in Nigeria and you are talking based on your culture and that is all you know. If you provide service, you will meet and encounter the good, the bad and the ugly. You cannot control so many people and different people come from diverse backgrounds. All you have to do is keep calm and DO NOT TAKE THINGS personal. Even if someone says something and later says its a joke, and apologises, you move on and register your displeasure in a sane manner. If ure an uber driver and you kick someone out of your car because she says "your head is not there" and you find that offensive, you will be kicked out of that job and by the time you stay home and ure unable to pay your bills, you will learn. You value respect more than money indeed. So i hear and the things you see these same people do behind closed doors, you will be shocked, how they will kneel down and beg and be saying, pls do not allow me to be shamed etc.
