What's wrong with splitting the 31 billion naira into 6 to build six state of the art hospitals at five billion naira each in each of the 6 geopolitical zones . Or if they intervene at the primary healthcare level and build 100 state of the art primary health care centres at 300 million naira each in 100 different local governments across all the region's fully equipped. You could as well even name the hospitals or primary health care centres abacha recovery hospital . They will still embezzle even if they do this but imagine the reach this would have . But mba, the experts in government believe the best approach is to share the money to the poorest people. I weak for naija |
