Wait, has any test been carried out to ascertain the structural stability of the building? If not, why the noise? You don't judge the strength of a building by it's shape. Anyway, this is Africa, our architecture never reach anywhere, else what would one say about the Buj in Dubai and many other seemingly 'impossible' structures?

I think the building is even 'V' shaped, another reason to lessen all the noise.

This kind of house used to exist in Mile12, right on the expressway. Used to see something similar at Berliet b/stop too (Ilasamaja)

Seems like it's setup on a triangular base/form, it's good to go and unlikely to bend.

Africans think you have to build a house like a fortified medival army barracks for it to withstand wind. This is why everyone uses bricks you can carry by hand and we used cement blocks that can crush a small child. And guess who is paying more?
