LED bulbs don't get very bright. I'm talking from experience. Also, White lights on Highbeams won't travel far but blind on coming traffics. You need a good halogen bulb for your Camry high beam and foglamps. This is important so as to penetrate fog, mist dust and darkness. That said, you could also adjust the aim of your headlamps and if the headlamp unit is dusty, dirty or the polycarbonate plastic has oxidized you need to clean it.

By the way, what is your Camry year model?

Thanks for your insight regarding the mist/fog penetration, I got tips online about cleaning oxidized headlight unit. I did it using some home remedies (scrub with colgate toothpaste & wash off with soapy water). If you can vouch for any other product let me hear it. Camry 2008 XLE
