When you sleep, let that particular leg rest by straighting it. It seems it's the one carrying more work load than the other leg. Always sleep with face down if possible. It helps you straighten the legs. Sometimes we unknowingly bend our legs up, making blood vessels not to flow freely around that area while we sleep and next day, we zoom off with same knees. No maintenance, No rest |
