NNPC Signs MOU With Russia Oil Company by NwekeUG(op):
IgbereTV reports that Nigeria and Russia yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding that would enable the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and Russia’s Lukeoil to elevate commercial relationship to a government-to-government backed partnership.

NNPC Group Managing Director, Mele Kyari, and President of Lukeoil, Vagit Alekperov, signed the MoU, which entails cooperation in deep offshore exploration of oil in Nigeria, production, trading and refining.

Nigeria Minister of State for Petroleum, Timipre Sylva also was also present during the signing of the MoU.
