Honourable Moshood Oshun, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, at the weekend said Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is qualified to become Nigeria’s president based on his sterling performance as governor of Lagos state from 1999 – 2007. Speaking in a chat with DAILY INDEPENDENT, Oshun said Tinubu is a pathfinder said anyone who has successfully governed Lagos can rule Nigeria. “Anybody that can rule Lagos successfully is capable of ruling Nigeria. When Asiwaju Bola Tinubu became governor in 1999, Lagos was in a mess. Do you want to start with the IGR which he moved from N600million to N7billion? Do you want to talk about the technological advancement that took place in the state during his tenure? “He has done it in Lagos and the results are here for everybody to see.
