While there is no doubt that Android is the leading mobile platform, but the current Chrome browser usage share (currently 69% by NetApplication rating) is debateable.

Almost everyone have Chrome installed, but certainly many like me use it only for sensitive website access, not for normal web surfing.

Chrome may be very secure, as Google made us believe, but for normal web surfing the browser is a useless clog.

Asides from the fact that Google for reasons best known to it (I guess to drive its ads revenue) omitted a stop, forward or backward tab on Chrome for Android, it appears bulky for web browsing.

Now, each time I visit my site with the default UC browser on my Gionee phone, I don't see UC browser registering on Blogger stats counter, but instead it counts as visit from Chrome.

And I can bet you, a lot of Android users, especially in Asia and Africa don't use Chrome at all.

Who else is also experiencing this huh

Very true I don't bother to use it, though there are websites that can't be opened from some of these browsers so they redirect it to a more secure web I. E crome

Yeah! Opera mini and UC browser, due to data compression are unable to process some website rendering.
