 Pls can any body here share with me how to create a PayPal account that can withdraw, transfer and accept foreign currency?I just created a Nigerian PayPal account and I got funds in it. But I haven't linked my credit card with it. Should I still continue with the account because what I'm seeing about how Nigerian account can't send, withdraw or receive is scaring me. Pls drop ur quotes below. |

dracopoetic:No, Nigerian PayPal cannot withdraw as at the time am responding to this post and I don't think it ever will. Anyway as for ur question if u link ur Nigerian credit card visa or MasterCard u will only be able to use ur PayPal account to make payments NOT RECEIVE. |
