Yesterday, the news about a new 4-bedroom duplex presented to Mercy, the 2019 BBNaija winner by Billionaire Ned Okonkwo and wife went viral. Many thought it was a gift to Mercy from the Billionaire family

But the wife of the Billionaire, Ichechi Okonkwo gave an update on the new four-bedroom duplex.

Ichechi said that Mercy bought the four-bedroom duplex which she described as "the best decision". She wrote:

Congratulations Babygirl, buying yourself a house the best decision and I am super proud. Mercy Lambo on the 1000Landladies train and moving.

Depend on the state and location.. In most areas of the island for example that house will worth over 150m

Only in Victoria Island, Banana Island, Ikoyi and maybe, Lekki Phase 1. In other areas on the island, property prices are much lower or cheaper.
