Farm location: Ogun - Osun farms at Mokoloki, 20 mins from Ofada. via mowe. Ogun state.

Land size: 1 hectare each.

Accessibility: You can drive up to your farm.

Set up Cost:
1. Land lease and preparation 120k.
2. Stocking of 10,000 cocoyam and maize or vegetables 200k
3. Weeding and pest control: June, August, November and March 120k.

Sales projection:
1a. Maize 100k ( 3 months duration ). or
1b. Vegetables 100k ( 3 months duration ).
2. Cocoyam 340 to 360 bags at 5k each. N1.7m.

small mammal digging up the tubers. good weed control is OK to reduce the incidence.
