Two Will Smiths are better than one?

So I just saw Gemini Man and the movie was just meh. Granted, it's not the worst movie ever made so I'm kinda surprised that it is bombing at the box office. However, the movie is quite bland, predictable (thanks to posters and trailers), filled with logical inconsistencies and overall highly forgettable.

The de-aging technology that was used in the movie was kinda "interesting". It was quite good in dark scenes or in fast paced action scenes where the camera didn't focus on young Will Smith's face for too long. That being said, the de-aging stuff really looked laughable in the last scene where the main characters were out in daylight.
Captain Marvel clearly handeled de-aging better than this movie.


But some people can be funny sha. When it was revealed that the person trying to kill Will Smith was his younger self, some people in the theatre gasped and some even shouted in suprise. I was like WTF!!! How can this possibly be a surprise to you? Did you not see any of the trailers or even the poster for this movie before you came to see it

Another forgettable movie. Mads Mikkelsen probably had free time and decided he could use the extra cash. You need to completely shut down your brain to give this movie a pass. Plot was stupid. The action scenes were over the top and yet forgettable, all the same. None of the characters were engaging, at all. And the nudity was just distasteful and unnecessary. Desperately trying to be edgy.
Wonder how some dumbos had the idiotic thought of comparing this to John Wick. No atom of resemblance at all.

Meanwhile, is Katheryn Winnick cosplaying as Snow White here? Cos what burst into my mind the minute I saw her was

Lips as red as blood
Skin as white as snow

Hmm so there is Katheryn Winnick in it. I'm definitely watching then, after that performance from Vikings I'm in LOVE.

Vikings appears to be her only major good work. She didn't do much in Polar and Wu Assassins has been declared horrible. Hope she picks better projects moving forward

The weakest DCAU animation I've watched in a while. The animation style was annoyingly distasteful; I hated the sharp edges of the characters especially Wonder Woman, she looked fuckingly weird and a little like Starfire. The plot was fuckingly wack. The only positive Was Medusa's portrayal.

Lone Survivor .......... 7/10

Captain Phillips......... 8/10

Black Hawk Down.........8/10
Man this is Brutal, the Gore, the death, the killings. Acting was on point, action scenes brilliant. Military tactics employed OK.
Those wasted soldiers cos of one stupid General mistakes and inaction. Maybe na wetin dey worry us for NorthEast be this.

Brilliant performance from Cooper. And the depiction of how PTSD affects Soldiers mentality, whoo ON POINT!! Wonder whether na wetin dey worry my Uncle

Rango, one of my best animated movies. Verbinski really did an amazing job on that flick, no wonder it won the Academy award for the best animated feature in 2011. Would have really loved to see a sequel too, but sadly enough Verbinski isn't really Keen on giving us one anytime soon as according to him, he seems to want to explore other ideas.

The more I think about the circumstances that led me to delete it from my phone the more pained I am. It's worth keeping in my National Archive of Undeletables !!!
I'm all in for a sequel, but painful it's not looking likely anytime soon.

Wow, so it won an Oscar. Totally deservedly, it's a Beauty.

I've heard many tales how bad it was, but I was headstrong in seeing it being a fan. But man I experienced first hand how bad it was. And more reason DC and WB is trying hard to dissociate itself from it. That's why a live action movie reboot is unlikely because most people still remember it's catastrophe. Although I liked Mark Strong's Siñestro.

yes.. I saw it but what I meant was the subtitle, tried downloading subtitle though it was in zip file after changing to .SRT as instructed from google it still doesn't work.
