Bros I followed the thread and how can you be getting 275 bags of cement for stamped concrete of 400sqm. I currently did a German floor@ one of my sites at lekki 400sqm , which I used 165 bags of cement. I actually have a stamped concrete to do on my site. I don't understand how you were getting 275bags for 402sqm.

i dont understand your post sir. 400sqm supposed to take 160back of cement and not 275bags. I use one back of cement to do 2 and half sqaure meters.

What I mean sir, I saw a post where a guy was asking you to give him a quote for 400sqm stamped concrete. From the bills you wrote , I saw quantity of cement to be 275bags or maybe it's a mistake

You know that thread is long like 29 pages Sha. I saw it on one of the posts. Nevertheless, Bros your #1500 is too much oooh. I wanted to do stamped concrete @ lekki . I would buy the materials , then you would come do the job. Bros, what's your last price?

If it is above 500 I may take 1200psm bet below 500sqm I charge 1500 last

Many people have severally called to inquire about quotation and price and cost of installing a decorative stamped concrete floor, so in other to serve you better, i have decided to make my price open

IMPORTED MATERIALS + LOCAL MATERIALS + LABOUR= #6,500 per sqm

IMPORTED MATERIALS + LABOUR= #4,000.00 per sqm

LABOUR ONLY= #1,500.00 per sqm

This means if we provide all the materials(both local and foreign imported materials) we charge #6,500.00.
per square meter

If you provide all the materials(both local and imported materials ) we charge= #1,500.00 per square meter.

If you provide the local materials while we provide the imported materials and labour,,= #4,000.00.
per square meter

PLS NOTE: We don't just charge the above amount, we give you a detailed quotation that will enable you to compare the price, qauntity and qaulity of our materials to our competitors. I device you to always ask for quotation and not just price per square meter
