On a side note though, The men/Women who put together the basis/Ground work for mordern day education were themselves, technically illiterate, right?

Paradoxical right?

I feel that Education (as we know it) Is the most effective way to standardize knowledge/skill.
But there are individuals in history who would have been educated without being educated(pun intended), through self motivation and experimentation of the world.

We can't all do that so we thank God for Mordern education.
