Police operatives from Olosan Division in Mushin area of Lagos, led by SP Ayodele Arogbo, have arrested a man, Ibrahim Aliu, who was allegedly caught by neighbours engaging a 10-year old boy in anal sex. P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Paul Oguntola Street, Idi Araba area of Lagos, where the victim resides with his parents while the suspect, Aliu, resides at Oko Baba area of Ebute Metta, Lagos.
