He has acted several movie roles ranging from being a successful business man in a movie, to being a king in a movie, to being a poor man in a movie, to being a ritualist in a movie, to being a soldier in a movie, to being a responsible family man in a movie, etc. How you guys tend to believe he is a stereotyped actor who only acts one particular role, surprises me.

Does the fact that Wesley snipes, Jean Claude van damme, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger and co are always acting movies where they are always the hero of the day, mean they are bad actors? Jackie Chan was always the hero of the day in every movie he has acted in; does that make him a bad actor? Edit: To be clear; it quite fair to agree that Pete Edochie's roles in movies are quite monotonous, but that has nothing to do with his acting ability, it has more to do with the kind of roles that he is being called to play in his movies and how he is being directed to play them, so the problem has more to do with the producers and directors in the Nigerian movie industry than with Pete's acting prowess. That is what the critic failed to spot and address and that is where I have issues with her.
Pete's roles is what should be in question, not his acting ability. Pete Edochie is a fine actor.
