I think we can put it as the rate at which a country is developing not how developed a country is basing on cement consumption. and as a matter of facts that is not the only indicator for measuring development, their are a number of things; retail sector, HDI, skyscrapers, wealth,infrastructure(roads,buildings,social amenities...) ... e.t.c but someone can't just wake up and say Kenya is underdeveloped basing on cement consumption.. Ghana of all the countries !!! This is a joke indeed

You are wrong my friend...if your cement consumption is low it simply mean roads are barely built, skyscraper are barely built, affordable housing unit are barely built.....
I mean if your govt say they are providing 500,000 housing unit it's definitely should reflect on your cement consumption... Haven't you wondered why your paved road network sits laggardly at less than 6%? Worry. No more cos you've gat your answer..

If your govt tell you they built 1000 homes go and count it, it will definitely not correspond with the figure they will give...

i try looking for aomething simmar to this but unfortunately i cant have its simarity ..... this seems close. Ghana port authority . it might not be tall but it is modern enough.
