It’s a BQ in a serviced estate. Furnished. Owner is moving out by the end of the month(flexible) has AC and Bed in it.

The rent expires end of August 2020 so for 9 months, with the AC&BED is 350k.
Sc of 13k per month... which includes power plus gen when there’s no light

No kitchen but you can set up one since it’s really spacious.

You can choose to split the rent with someone else

There is a room to let in a shared apartment, the apartment is a 3 bedroom after Igboefon, Lekki just a walking distance to the express. Area is a dry land and has clean running water.
Therent is 350k and total package for the room is 420k only. There is a bathroom and toilet ensuite, just share kitchen.
The room is very big and spacious.
It is upstairs and in a very serene environment.
House has electricity and the only service charge is 35k which is included in the total package of 420k.
