Hi guys, I recently made a decision to relocate to ibadan from lagos. I'm a freelance web developer (work from home) and what I want is a very decent miniflat in a very good area in ibadan, somewhere very quiet and peaceful, good power supply (atleast 12hrs a day) and where everyone minds their business (I think an estate will be fine), so guys help me, where is the best place and how much will it cost to get a miniflat there.

Olodo isn't an estate, but with good power supply, it's quiet too... I think you would like the place...

Maybe try bodija estate or. You should inside UCH there are houses there for rent.. Quiet, and good electricity. And maybe oluyole Estate too.
