It's advisable you mail them, if you haven't gotten a mail yet or call their client service helpline (it's on their website) to ask for the reason why you weren't shortlisted.

Nobody is saying move or stay. The point is why is the dashboard showing shortlisted without any invitation for the assessment. So there's no harm inquiring about that from jobberman.

But the feeling is somehow o, i applied for myself and my friend. My friend got the invite and i did not.

I called jobberman customer line yesterday, the lady who spoke to me said as long as you are shortlisted, you will definitely receive the mail...she said we should be patient and that its in batches...

I did contact them too. What I was told is that the shortlisting is to review profile.

Once your are considered for the next stage, you will be eligible to take the assement.

My Opinion: (don't quote me). I believe most people receiving mails are people that applied late. So like someone said here... It might be in batches. So people that applied early might be the last to get invite for the assessment. Just like an inbox folder, newest mails comes first while older mails are last. Just my opinion tho.

You could be right but some applied really early and they got the invite.
I did apply the first day the advertisement surfaced and I got the invite.
Apparently, we are done with the test and there's no feedback yet, we moved on already. Start looking into other great opportunities and forgo this so you can move forward.
Nigeria's institutions recruitment process atimes can be slower than 9 months pregnancy.

It could be when you have got another offer that they ll get back to you. That's fine since you have multiple options.
My advise for those that didnt get the mail is that they forget and move on and if you feel like making enquiries, nothing spoil satisfy your conscience and move.
