There are so many reasons why she was not voted!
The first is the fact that her party was initially disqualified from the race which ensured that she didn't do a proper campaign before the election!
Secondly,there are two political parties in Nigeria...PDP and APC!
Though i love her willpower and i wish for her to become a Governor one day,however she is in an unpopular party!

Guy i predicted this right from the start.bello may win less local govts but have more votes narrowly.he may win between 8-10 lgas.he will win the entire 5 kogi central massively,pdp wont get up to 10% here.he will win 2 out of the 7 lgas in kogi west and lose narrowly in the remaining 5.
Out of the 9 igala areas,he will win 2 and lose narrowly in 3.if you check,where pdp are winning massively is idah,ankpa and dekina.turnout is average because of massive violence.

What is happening in Bayelsa should be a lesson to Governors and political parties!
Once you have failed to give the people of your state the basic necessities,just get ready to be sent packing by them even if such party is fronting a different candidate!

Let me tell you something you don't know or you are probably forgetting, the use of thugs for intimidation during election was frustrated after Wada was enthroned.
He stopped funding them, he cut the usual rapport between every sitting governor and those thugs so I don't see Wada going as extreme as Bello is doing now.
