Famous Halle Berry accuses ex-Gabriel Aubry of having incestuous affair and being racist about their daughter in custody battle.
The former Bond girl claimed Gabriel Aubey,43, used racial slurs.
Unsealed documents from the case reveal that the couple only had sex three times a YEAR. Berry, 53, and Aubry engaged in a bitter public custody battle after their 2010 split - culminating in an explosive court battle in 2011 as Berry tried to move her to France.
Berry testified: "After the first six months of our relationship, our sex life diminished and after one year we had sex less than three times per year."
Her legal team alleged that the sordid relationship - which started when Aubry was in foster care - went on "for years".
Halle added: "[Gabriel] refused to either recognize or accept responsibility for these issues. Instead, he criticized my body in ways which are very demeaning to women.
"I finally convinced [him] to go to a joint therapist to address these issues."
The judge eventually turned down Berry's bid to move Nahla to France.
Gabriel, who came off worse in the fight, was taken to hospital for his injuries and charged with battery.
