Beware Of This Scam by Nobody:
This scam has been around for a while but people still fall victim especially the elderly.

On a good afternoon you receive a whatsapp message from your church member or friend claiming to join a group to invest money and get double back within three hours , the average person would not bother to call that person and ask them about the message why? Because its a familiar number you know . This has been the case of many people who have fallen for this scam, the messages were from people they know so they didn't bother to call and confirm.

How do these people hack another person's whatsapp ,i dont know much ,but i will share an experience that happened to a close friend. He was on his own jeje one day when a strange number called him, the caller introduce himself, the caller was a recent added contact on Facebook, the caller asked my friend to send "the code" what code? He kept saying "help me send the code" any attempt to ask him any question the only reply he would give is "help me send the code" he will even add things like "in the name of God" and so on, at this time my friend didn't even know what "code " he was talking about, my friend to him ,he will back to him, checked his messages only to discover it was a whatsapp code, lol .That was when my friend understood what was going on and when the caller called back to ask for "the code" my friend immediately dismissed him.

Tell your parents your uncles cousins, WhatsApp groups especially church groups, family groups where people have a high level of trust for their members are most targeted ,no matter who sends you a whatsapp message about an investment, always call to double check or better still see the person face to face.

If you know any other ways people's whatsapp account is being hacked please share so other people will learn.

Lalasticlala Dominique people need to know what is going on.

Basically the person enters WhatsApp or any other app he is trying to hack and throws to reset the app like if he has lost his phone or reinstalled the app ,the app will now send a code to verify the number or contact, it will only be send to the original number the hacker wants to take over ,once he has access to the code ,he logs u out and he automatically takes the identity of the victim, its just like reclaiming a WhatsApp line , Facebook account etc

how does he have access to the code. Is there another way they can have access to a person's messages ?
