The last administration was lead by a PhD holder and a Masters degree holder as President and VP, yet they couldn't build 2nd Niger Bridge, the Ease-West road became a spiritual road that can never be completed. Lagos-Ibadan expressway became an abomination. Looting, stealing and sharing was legalised by the ineffectual buffoon PhD holder. Now tell me, why couldn't the certificates build infrastructure?
