KINGYAGAA: LOL... welcome to lagos we also wish all these extra fees can be cancelled but landlords and lawyers charge these fees before giving access to their properties... legal fee is for the lawyer(some even charge more) caution fee is for landlord(varies based on rent paid) caution fee is also known as damages which is refundable if a tenant complies with landlord's terms and conditions... please dont derail this thread, kindly call for more details. thank you. |
