Before now, we've tried to inquire about the refund process on Zelle and the ability to send back funds with a click but our client in the US informed that the request is needed for him to send back the fund as there are no instant refund button on Zelle. Also, we pressed on to see if this refund can be done through the sender's email but there's actually no way to verify that the email to be provided belong to the original sender. We are informed that when money is received, no contact detail is displayed except the name of the sender but when there is a request for the refund, you can view the original sender's detail directly from the platform and verify the contact. Logically, different emails belonging to different accounts can have similar names (with interchange firstname & lastname) & its wise to avoid the conflict.

To note, this is a first time transaction on this account. Permit me to assume (as we have not confirmed this), that if there's actually any refund button on Zelle, it should probably be visible after having a confirmed business contact registered on your contact list (i.e referencing our experience or knowledge of some familiar business systems).

The sender of the fund in contention sent money from Account A, but requested refund from Account B but our client denied this request, and demanded that refund request must come from Account A. The sender claimed he lives in the US but it became obvious it was a false claim when our client requested to return cash value physically to sender through a relative resident in same geolocation of the sender, and on visit, he will take a shot of sender's ID to safeguard himself for any flags that might come up after this but sender refused. We requested the sender to call their bank to request for this refund directly but they also refused and this makes it a total of 3 options given to them to resolve this but they have declined to comply.

@Tabbaz, as everyone can see the actual sender as later sent refund request according to the screenshot I sent, that was on Nov 7, these pexbank client was online for four days, on Sunday Nov 11 he said he will refund after church, he didn't ,he even send screenshot to @hazzantazzan, coming back on Monday to be saying he need another request after how many days of silence and keeping someone money, client got frustrated, I'm not the owner of zelle or zelle account..there's limit I can say or control client due to the fact that is family can even reach me f2f, imagine saying you will give money in cash and snap is ID cuz of what pls, is he having deal with you, if you will take any identification it should be my ID, cuz I'm the one having deal here..client FAM hold me saying I'm a thief, if it was you what will you conclude on after a 5days , I'm already paying debt, money goes to your client bank, he said he didn't see request how possible is that pls, then fine, just a call through your final institution and funds will be reverse, how is that a problem, if you are not trying to scam, the money is still with you uptil now, nothing happens and you still keeping it..who does that
