The Upods I bought months ago just spoilt without even falling to the ground, the sound suddenly became horrible

Now my a5pro battery drops at interval if I keep the phone asleep

Firstly, out of a 100 phones of same time manufactured, a percentage of them would malfunction. You can't take that away. You only try to make things minimal.

Secondly, I don't understand the issues you guys are facing. I use A3 Pro. When I got the phone the phone's battery wasn't encouraging. But I discovered that the phone optimization can learn (lols). With time, my battery optimization increased and that's it.
Also, note that the network strength in your place also plays a role on the battery. If your phone stresses itself to get your network, especially 4G, expect heating and battery drainage. You'd notice a considerable difference if you use a WiFi.

On the Upods, some electronics spoil by a number of factors, hitting the ground is just one of them.

Sincerely no solution. I had same trouble and nothing helped. I didn't have the energy to fight the guy who sold it to me on this forum.

The only solution is to return phone and get another replacement. I couldn't because my A3 pro was bought from a Nairalander, and camera didn't work since day one.
