Please my mechanic said yay that he wants to remove the turbo permanently and construct a pipe to the manifold. I need your candid advice please. This is the 3rd time I am changing the turbo.

Don't even try it. Besides what kind of oil have you been using to service your car.

If you remove the turbo, car would be slower than a skate biard, when climbing uphill, acceleration would become deceleration and the Engine won't even last before it goes back to the creator.
