For your information, the law stipulates that the sureties report to court for proper filing/fulfilling of the bail conditions and not to the DSS/police custody. Its not a must that the person granted bail must be handed over to their sureties only. The DSS can come to the court and meet the sureties or ask from the court who the sureties are if they wish to know.
The problem in this country is that your president doesn't understand the principle of separation of power. They violate court orders (judiciary) and turn the legislative into rubber stamp.
