Even if one is paid to be inept there should come a time to draw the line. To buy into the works of a 3rd rate writer and photoshopper would call for harakiri in Japan MelesZenawi: |

What's restructuring? Restructuring mean different things to different politicians/parties or Geo-political zones. Neither the President nor the Vice president of Nigeria can restructure Nigeria on their own. However, restructuring of Nigeria will take place gradually and it's inevitable. mrvitalis: |

| Re: 2023: Osinbajo/Almakura Campaign Poster Shared By Nasarawa Mirror by oyatz(m): 6:13am On Nov 29, 2019 |
Whose turn? How do you enforce this 'turn' stuff? How do you determine when it's someone's turn because I want to be President too. Instead of you people to rally round a strong candidate with good reputation and national acceptability whose candidature can be sold to the Nigerian voters, you are busy shouting it's own turn all over the cyber space. mrvitalis: |

Yoruba presidency only hangs on north chosen to burry their ambition n vote Yoruba's the way they voted buhari ....when their is no reason to do that ...do u think north would ? |

Please define what constitute 'Restructuring' and leave ethnic profiling of the Yorubas. What the Ijaws/Niger Delta will call restructuring is Resource control. Igbos may mean additional State, Yorubas may mean Resource control, State Police and increased autonomy, Kanuris may mean Grazing Reserve, Hausa may want stronger Central Government etc. Periodic amendments of the Constitution may ensure some forms of restructuring. However, we need to understand that 'restructuring' on its own is not a magic wand that will transform Nigeria into an Eldorado. Presently, each State has political powers over Agriculture, Health, provision of water , waste disposal in their States ,yet they don't perform very well in these roles. Most Nigerians don't complain much about the failures of their Governors/LGA chairmen but are fixated on the Federal Government. mrvitalis: |

oyatz:Oga the whole south want states to control their resources ...which Igbo's want more state ... Every one want a zonal government who has power to control its self ,draw out its economic plan ....we want power back to zones as it was in the regional government who doesn't know that ? Osibanjo is really good should have brought out his idea on restructuring and gone after it |

The problem with people like you is that you don't fully understand how a President emerge in a Democracy and neither do you understand the Nigerian system very well. 1) Democracy is a process (or a journey) and not an event. 2) If we have been practicing uninterpreted democracy since 1960, so many myths that emerged as a result of prolonged military rule wouldn't have existed. 3) The North is NOT a homogeneous and monolithic zone. There have NEVER been any election in Nigieria in which all the 19 States in the 'North' voted for the same candidate/party. 4) The concept of Zoning is in the PDP Constitution. It's not in the Nigerian or APC Constitution. 5) The Nigerian Constitution already takes care of the fears of marginalization which zoning purport to solve. 6) No part of Nigeria can single handedly make one of their own the President of Nigeria. In addition to simple majority, you require 25% of the votes cast in 24 States to win the Presidential election. No part of the Country can continuously muster these requirements without negotiating with other regions. 7) What this mean is that you need to be on ground and be accepted across most parts of Nigeria in order to win Nigerian Presidential election. mrvitalis: |

You are very funny sir. Ask people from Afikpo, Obudu, Ogoja, Etche, Isialangwa, Bende or Mbaise if they will like their States to be dissolved and they go back to the Old Eastern Region with capital at Enugu. mrvitalis: |

oyatz:I'm from mbaise we don't want our own state South east is only requesting for one state because we have less senators than other zones The the state is anioma state in part of delta with asaba as capital ...now go n sleep |
| Re: 2023: Osinbajo/Almakura Campaign Poster Shared By Nasarawa Mirror by oyatz(m): 6:55am On Nov 29, 2019 |
That is the exact reason we need an election. Who is best to Nnamdi may not be the best to Hauwa or Akeem. We need an election in which majority of Nigerians will chose who they consider to be the best candidate for the Presidency. CSTR2: |

Take time to read carefully so as to understand the posts. 1) I never said there is presently any state called Mbaise State. 2) Will Mbaise people prefer that their State (Imo State) be dissolved so that they can go back to Regional arrangements like in the days of Old Eastern Region? mrvitalis: |

oyatz:Mbaise is too small of a land mass to be a state ...we have only 3 local government ...we are just large in number ....if we would join any stare is aba state joking our brothers in ngwa but you know nothing about mbaise What Igbo's want is 1)power back to geopolitical zone 2) give our south south brother referendum to determine which zone to join ..south south or south east |
