Ganduje was shown stuffing dollars in his agbada yet he's delivering on projects and prompt payment of salaries whereas some state governors are earning more but they have no projects to show for it.

Even tho I vouch for Ganduje and I think his works are unprecedented, but remember he had a system that was working when he came into power, his work was made easier with smooth organization, structure and apparatus that kwankwasso left behind

While, El-rufai met a totally decayed state that was sub-standard, deplorable and terrible.. he initially had to start from the basic foundation in implementation of policies in his first tenure, that's why most was not heard from him till now, its one of the reason KD overtook Kano in recent IGR ranking

I believe if El-rufai met the right foundation and policies, he would have done better than Ganduje

I beg to disagree considering their governance styles and what they met on ground el-Rufai is the better of the two.
