Governor Nasir El Rufa’i of Kaduna State has been spotted controlling traffic on Kaduna-Zaria Road yesterday.

There was traffic gridlock and the Governor was passing through and had to direct motorists himself, while admirers followed and videoed him via their phones.

Recall that he has also done this earlier this year at Kaduna-Abuja Road.
