It isn't mandatory. If you can go with it, do but if not, go with the photocopies plus the scanned copies of the originals on your smartphone, just in case.

We need to know ourselves and start making necessary preparations towards it. Any information about the accessment center would be greatly appreciated too. I applied for audit department.
