Sagay said those claiming that in less than five years, President Buhari has borrowed more than his predecessors combined since 1999 are hypocrites who failed to match the loans with massive projects on the ground.

He argued that since taking over in 2015, President Buhari has carried out more projects than former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, late Umaru Yar’adua and Goodluck Jonathan.

Under PDP, Maritime University was situated in Delta State. The land was sold for 13 billion naira to Federal Government.
The then federal government went ahead to spent even more billions of naira with nothing to show for it.
Under APC, Transportation University is being built in Daura, Katsina State.
The land is donated, yet building of the multitude billion naira and world-class university, which would employ close to one thousand Nigerians, will be funded entirely by China FREE OF CHARGE.
