It is becoming an epidemic for people to slump and die in Nigeria these days, unchecked pollution and adulterated foods if you ask me.

A people perish for lack of fundamental knowledge and it is exactly what is happening in Nigeria today. You have to learn analytically and objectively to solve problems and develop, it just doesn't just come from the thin in the name of prayer or mumbling.

Not exercising will kill you faster, people who exercise have a lower chance of having heart problems and stroke.
When you want to exercise, you start small small till your body adjusts then you increase by a little. Don't you feel heavy and disadvantaged that you'll be losing your shape due to additional weight gained.
My own wife must exercise with me, 5km running not jogging 3 times a week then gyming 2 times a week.
She needs to stay attractive and healthy.
