Okay, thanks for your response, but how does he now pay his school fees ? Beacause whenever we tried to pay the fees via the kofa portal it always redirect us to the acceptance fee peyment field, of which the acceptance fee have been paid and pdf reciept downloaded which shows status paid. It's just tiring, I taught this online thingy was supposed to make life easier for the students.

He has ample time to pay for the school fees I think the deadline should be around March 2020. Let him resume proper and follow the process up in person.
My reason is, if he decides to go to school after (8th) Dec, chances are that the process cannot be completed before the 2019 Christmas break.

that Olevel is very good jare. Just try to follow your stuff up but on a norms you should be given admission. I wish you all the best boss

Alright thanks, I wish they do write post utme, I would have had the chance to increase my chances of getting admitted.. I don't wanna sit at home next year.

why don't you register for utme too (a federal uni) then still take AAU for DE...

I think the use of National ID card for registration has already eliminate the possibility of that happening..
