Nairaland is valuable to this current dispensation and the loads of others that will come after. Deviating from this now by creating a whatsapp group is not cool for the next coming applicants.

Anybody has an idea how the 7minute questions look like?

Seconded. This thread is not just about 2019 graduate Trainee. It's equally important for the future graduate trainees so they can also know what to expect. Creating a WhatsApp group to this effect will eradicate the opportunity.

Hi guys,

What I'm going to say would be based on what my previous clients went through with workforce group between July until now for several recruitments (e.g top talent, RMB, new commercial bank, etc).

The invite for the Sunday test is most likely a personality test or emotional quotient test (whichever one you call it) and I'm guessing due to the 7 minutes they're allotting for it. Read up on what it's about and also about the bank; it's core values, mission, etc.

Also, it may not be a personality test. It could be the regular test to just screen some folks out. So still revise your GMAT not to be taken unawares.

If you have gone through any recruitment process workforce handled you'll know they're not a very easy HR to pass through.

I bet the main test is the on-site one (i.e. aptitude test) at the test locations they'll have nationwide. Most recruitments they do for banks involves that aptitude test section, where they jam you with 50 questions to complete in 50 minutes.

For the aptitude test, prepare very well for it. Sharpen your GMAT and come ready. Time won't be on your side and there's no room for complaint. It's the second most difficult stage of workforce recruitment process. But people pass it, so make up your mind to scale through to the next stage and work towards it.

Also, try to go through previous threads of Sterling bank recruitment and see answers to questions you probably have in your mind. And if you do that, you'll notice the process for this particular recruitment has changed.

Also, there is no such thing as workforce past questions!!!!!!

Get yourself GMAT past questions and practice with them. If you have issues getting them, Google for them, you'll find the PDF versions everywhere online. Even on the previous Sterling bank threads, they are there. Even at that, Past questions dosent mean they'll repeat anything.

They won't, workforce is a mystery and they're very smart at this part. I bet they have staff on here who monitor what's up and it helps them restrategize grin

So just familiarize yourself with quantitative, verbal, logical, critical and abstract reasoning ahead of time.

And to those that want to create a WhatsApp abi telegram group; shebi if those from previous years created a group, would have known how the recruitment process went? Nairaland is the best option for the long term and everyone should discuss what they have here for all to contribute to. The ghost viewers that don't contribute or have Nairaland account, una well done o grin

When it's getting to the assessment center stage, someone should quote me to drop a few pointers.

Please don't send me a DM or Whatsapp, I won't reply. Don't quote either mbok

Unless you want a great CV, Cover letter or LinkedIn for yourself or a friend then read my signature cool

I doubt if anyone has an idea. Going through past sterling bank recruitment threads, this is the first time workforce is using this pattern. So just prepare for anything grin
